How much does a covered RV site cost?
Covered monthly sites are $530–$570 a month plus metered electric, depending on the site. Standard covered sites are $530; premium covered sites are $570 with extra open space on one side of the pad.
What's the difference between standard and premium covered sites?
Both are fully covered, full-hookup sites on oversized concrete pads. Premium sites ($570/month) have extra open space on one side of the RV pad; standard sites are $530/month.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — monthly sites require a single, refundable $200 deposit. It holds your reservation and serves as your security deposit, and at move-out it's applied to your final electric bill and the return of your Wi-Fi access point.
What's included in the monthly rate?
Your covered site, oversized concrete pad, full 30/50-amp hookups, water, sewer, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, gated access, and all park amenities. The only separate charge is metered electric.
How do I reserve a site?

Covered sites
Are all the sites covered?
Yes — 100% of our sites have a permanent shade canopy over an oversized concrete pad. That's the core of what makes Shade Stop different from a typical open-lot RV park.
What's the clearance height under the canopies?
The canopies accommodate rigs up to 13 feet 10 inches (13'10") tall — virtually all RVs, fifth wheels, and most toy haulers. If your rig is unusually tall, call (830) 321-1708 to confirm the fit.
Does a covered site really stay cooler?
Yes. With the canopy keeping the sun off the roof, a covered rig runs roughly 10–12°F cooler than one parked in the open, so the air conditioner works less and the shaded space stays usable.
What hookups do the sites have?
Every site has full hookups — 30/50-amp power, water, and sewer right at the concrete pad.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes — fiber-optic Wi-Fi is included at every site, with real speed for video calls and streaming.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we're pet-friendly and have an on-site dog park so your four-legged family has room to run.

Yes — there's an on-site laundromat, built for monthly and long-term stays.

Yes — Shade Stop is built for monthly and long-term RVers, and about 98% of our guests stay by the month. Covered monthly sites start at $530 plus electric.
Can I stay nightly or weekly?
Nightly and weekly stays are welcome when space is available — nightly is $60 a night and weekly is $300 a week, on the same covered, full-hookup site with all amenities. Call (830) 321-1708 to check current openings and reserve.
